2020 was a year like no other. 9. #ForwardTogether: Welcome to our first Verizon Virtual Internship Class of 2020.
This year, we made history with our first-ever Verizon virtual internship, welcoming nearly 450 students from across the country. These future leaders worked on everything from product development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, to engineering, user experience and data analytics.

2. New Verizon gear to honor all those who have served.
For Veterans Day, we added new items to our military apparel line, including v-neck tees, long-sleeve tees, anorak rain jackets, beanies, and an exclusive WWP/Verizon pin.
