OzEmail Affiliates Expand ITXC.net
Princeton, NJ, and Sydney, Australia, November 30, 1999 -- ITXC
Corp (NASDAQ: ITXC) today announced that it has purchased the
intellectual property and contractual rights associated with the
operations of the Internet telephony business of OzEmail Interline Pty
Limited, a wholly owned Australian subsidiary of MCI WORLDCOM, Inc.
(NASDAQ:WCOM). The contractual rights acquired by ITXC enable ITXC to
add OzEmail's affiliates to its network. Additionally, ITXC and
OzEmail now provide each other with certain services, and ITXC attains
the right to co-locate in MCI WorldCom facilities in Australia.
Additionally, ITXC will continue to purchase connectivity and
traditional call completion from MCI WorldCom. Financial terms of the
deal were not disclosed.
"OzEmail has built a high quality worldwide network of
affiliates," said Tom Evslin, Chairman and CEO of ITXC Corp.
"These affiliates provide Internet telephone services and exchange
traffic with each other and with OzEmail. By integrating OzEmail's
network with ITXC's, we are expanding our global coverage and can
better support our carrier customers."

facilities-based common carrier, is one of the OzEmail affiliates that
will be sending voice and fax traffic through the ITXC network.
"Teltran International is pleased to become part of ITXC.net, the
largest global Internet telephony network," said Byron Lerner,
Teltran's President and CEO. "This new relationship magnifies
