Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) Chooses MCI WorldCom On-Net Services
$10 Million Deal Confirms MCI WorldCom's Status as
PTC's Primary Communications Provider
WALTHAM, Mass., June 21, 1999 - MCI WorldCom (NASDAQ: WCOM)
today announced it has signed a two-year, $10 million dollar
communications services contract extension with Parametric Technology
Corporation (NASDAQ: PTMC), a Waltham, Mass.-based software company.

Under the terms of the contract, MCI WorldCom will provide
Parametric with a full suite of MCI WorldCom products and services
including voice, calling cards, international toll free, international
private lines, frame relay and audio/video conferencing.
