“Didn’t we just take one,” you ask? Indeed! But the pulsing nature of our quarterly surveys allows us to keep the conversation going so we can continue to shape Verizon as a workplace together. Starting Monday, August 23, you, the V Teamers will be asked to share your voices again. Don’t wait. Take the survey the very moment you see it in your inbox!

While you and your leaders are finalizing action plans that resulted from our annual VZPulse+ survey, we want to check in with you on how we’re doing. Additional data helps further inform our action plans and build on the progress we’ve already made together.

Here is what to expect from the 3Q VZPulse survey.

  • You’ll find it easily. Simply, look for an email from Gallup at support@mail.gallup.com. It’s an external message with the [E] in the subject line. You can also access your survey invitation via your “To-Dos” on VZWeb or via text messages sent to work devices.
  • You’ll get it done in less than 2 minutes. It’s just 3 simple questions that will help guide us further on our journey from great to fantastic with real-time, actionable data.
  • Your privacy and confidentiality are protected. Only aggregate results are shared with managers and leaders, so leaders cannot drill down into personally identifiable responses. Leaders must have at least five survey responses to see any results at all. As part of our contractual relationship, Gallup does not sell any information provided by Verizon.
  • It helps us make progress. We continue the conversation as the new data we collect helps us refine our path forward to become the best employer there is. Work Forward and other initiatives such as Talent GPS were born from your survey feedback.
