Up to Speed 5-3 Video

First, The Salvation Army presented Verizon with their Sleeves Rolled Up National Partnership Award for our efforts during hurricane season last summer. Next, we're accepting video submissions for employees who set out and embody our Credo every day. And, to continue the celebration of our Veterans, Veronica Villegas from our Military Recruitment team shares a fun way to get involved.

On our news segment, The rundown: Oath CEO Tim Armstrong talks 5G and technology with Brian Sullivan; Oath has signed a deal to place four of its most popular apps on millions of Samsung devices across the United States; Samsung’s first 5G home router has officially won FCC approval; and, former Verizon Chairman and CEO Ivan Seidenberg's new book, Verizon Untethered - An Insider’s Story of Innovation and Disruption is now available for sale.

And, Lance Ashby, a Wireless General Manager from Kingsport, TN is using a popular children’s book to become a better salesperson.

The stories.
