V Teamers step up for vets with the Wounded Warrior Project.
In honor of Veterans Day, Wounded Warrior Carry Forward walks are being held at Verizon locations all across the country this week. At the event in Basking Ridge, Tami Erwin presented a $250,000 check on behalf of Verizon to the Wounded Warrior Project. You can read more about the Carry Forward events across the country here.

Founded by military spouses in 2009, Blue Star Families is a volunteer organization committed to fostering support and community among military families. This year, Verizon is proud to sponsor the Blue Star Families float at the Veterans Day parade in New York City. We’re also helping veterans, families, and everyone watching get inside the parade action with 360-degree virtual reality experience on Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Sports, AOL and HuffPost.
