Last year, we introduced VZPulse+, our supercharged employee survey that helps us benchmark employee engagement and understand how we compare to other industry leaders from around the world.

V Teamers will have the opportunity to participate in VZPulse+ again now through May 17. We want to measure how much progress we’ve made in a year and collect more actionable insights that will guide us on how to continue to win for our employees and our future.

Here is what you need to know about the supercharged VZPulse+ survey.

  • It’s quick. It takes just a few minutes to complete. It’s a way for you to have your voice heard and shape your work environment.
  • It’s easy to find. Simply, look for an email from Gallup at support@mail.gallup.com. It’s an external message with the [E] in the subject line. You can also access your survey invitation via your “To-Dos” on VZWeb or via text messages sent to work devices. The Media team can access the survey via the Gallup tile in Okta. Builders must be logged in to the ANyConnect VPN app.
  • It’s private and confidential. The survey is confidential, which means leaders cannot drill down into personally identifiable responses. Only aggregate results are shared with managers and leaders. Leaders must have at least five survey responses to see any results at all. As part of our contractual relationship, Gallup does not sell any information provided by Verizon.
  • It helps us make progress. We’ve already come so far and are at the top quartile in engagement as an organization, but we always reach for the North Star. We continue the conversation as the new data we collect helps us refine our path forward to become the best employer there is. Work Forward and other initiatives such as Talent GPS that‘s launching soon were born from your survey feedback.
