JACKSON, Miss. (February 21, 1996) --
Under an agreement announced today, WorldCom, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:WCOM)
will become a major provider of data telecommunications services for
EDS, the global information services company.
The new contract provides for the migration of a large number of
private lines to LDDS WorldCom's national fiber-optic network and
the provisioning of frame relay networks.
