Verizon Business Helps Zodiac Marine & Pool Take the Plunge Into IP Communications

PARIS - Zodiac Marine & Pool has outsourced the delivery and management of a new, global, all-Internet-protocol communications infrastructure to Verizon Business. This will enable Zodiac Marine & Pool to realise cost and management efficiencies as well as enhance the company's overall communications capabilities.

Verizon Business will fully manage a secure private IP network connecting Zodiac's French headquarters and its operations in Australia, China, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Tunisia, the U.K. and the U.S. In addition to managed IP and security services, Verizon Business will provide secure, high-speed Internet access for employees working remotely. The managed Verizon Private IP network also gives Zodiac the flexibility to easily scale its communications to accommodate future changes.

Verizon Business has already transitioned all voice communications at Zodiac's Paris headquarters to a hosted IP Centrex, with further rollout planned for the coming months across the customer's other sites.
