Anyone can browse +play offers at any time, but you must sign into your My Verizon online mobile account to purchase services. Even if you cancel Verizon mobile services, you'll be able to keep using +play. Note: You must be at least 18 to access +play. Otherwise, use +play under the supervision of a parent or guardian. +play isn't currently available in the My Verizon app.

Everyone on your account can browse +play, but only the Account Owner and the Account Manager(s) on the Verizon account can add, update or cancel services and/or manage billing: Account Managers can do everything the Account Owner can do, with the exception of changing any billing passwords. Account Members can't add or manage subscriptions or manage billing. You can update account roles in My Verizon.

How do I pay for services I get through +play?

You choose the payment method for each subscription. Here’s how it works: Choose a service through +play (e.g., Duolingo, Calm, etc.). Select any credit/debit card. We charge your selected payment method for the subscription. The charge appears on your card statement (e.g., "Verizon+play Duolingo"). Important: +play will direct you to the partner's website at the end of each purchase, so you can set up an account. You're responsible for activating the services you purchase through +play. You won't be charged until you activate your subscription with the content partner. You will be charged on the recurring date for subscription renewal. Unless you cancel at least one day prior to the next billing period, charges automatically renew. Before you subscribe to any +play subscription, or change a tier, we’ll show you what the charges will be. Note: If you choose a subscription that has a promotional period, you won't be charged until the promotional period ends. The specific terms of promotion will be disclosed during sign-up.

Here’s how +play billing works: Billing begins the day you activate a service or product. You're charged for a full cycle, on the same day for each subscription cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations - No refunds/credits are given for partial periods of service. You continue to have access to the service through the end of the billing period, since you paid for the cycle already. Mid-cycle service tier changes (e.g., upgrade/downgrade a service or move to/from a bundled service). You get immediate access to the new tier. Any difference in price is applied to your next bill. You can easily view and manage +play billing and payments in the +play Manage subscriptions section.

Subscriptions you buy through +play will appear on your statement as the content partner name and sold by Verizon (e.g., "Verizon+play*Duolingo"). More benefits: When you use your Verizon Visa Card as your +play subscription payment method you can earn 2% of the purchase in Verizon Dollars.

My Verizon Account Owners and Account Managers can sign up for subscriptions and special promotional offers through +play. To get started: Sign in your My Verizon online mobile account. Choose +play on the home page. Browse subscriptions and offers. Choose: Claim offer for deals and promotions. Follow the prompts to view details and enroll in the offer. Get it now for subscriptions. Follow the prompts to select your payment method and review charges. After you choose your offer or subscription, you’re taken to the content partner to set up your user name and password and complete your activation. You’ll have the option to download the app if you don't already have it.
