Back for the third time, VZPulse+, the supersized annual employee survey, is a way for us to put ourselves at the heart of shaping Verizon as a workplace, together.
By sharing insights, all V Teamers have a chance to make Verizon a place where everyone feels at home, and has opportunities to learn, grow, and do what they do best every day.
Here are a few things to know about the survey.
Private and confidential
Only aggregate results are shared with leaders. Leaders must have at least five survey responses to see any results and cannot drill down into personally identifiable responses. Also, as part of our contractual relationship, Gallup does not share any information provided by Verizon.
Just like our annual check-ups, the annual VZPulse+ survey is an important way to detect more opportunities for well-being and unlock new ways to prosper. We all play a role in creating a great place to work, and our voices help define how we move forward together.
Likely to take just 10 minutes
Participating in the survey will only take 10 minutes. Take it, when you get it. Make it a break from what you’re doing and hit the submit button! Don’t wait until the last day.
Simple to access
There are several ways to access the survey. Look for an email from Gallup at email@example.com. It’s an external message with the [E] in the subject line. You can also access the survey link via your “To-Dos” on VZWeb or via text messages sent to a work or personal device of your choice.
We’ve already gained so much. V Teamers' past feedback resulted in many great programs, including the flexibility of Work Forward, more leadership engagement and development opportunities in our ERGs, mentoring and career development programs, compensation changes for the front-line employees, and even new retail store employee attire!
Those of us who take it on the first day will be entered into a drawing for an ever so popular Verizon-branded Ultra t-shirt. And no worries, again, both the survey and the drawing are completely confidential and handled by Gallup to ensure the privacy of your responses.
