Toms River NJ VZW store earns Energy Star Award

The Verizon Wireless store on Hooper Ave in Toms River, New Jersey is the proud winner of the EPA's National Building Competition. To celebrate, Verizon's Cheif Sustainability Officer, James Gowen joined The Mayor of Toms River, Thoms F. Kelaher and Energy Star's regional coordinator, Juan Gutierrez to award the store owners and to also celebrate sustainability by handing out fresh young tree saplings to visitors who stopped by the store.
