We offer account controls to all our customers to prevent unauthorized changes or charges on multi-line accounts. Customers can visit us online to www.verizon.com or download the My Verizon App to manage users and assign permissions to other users on their accounts.Our customer service representatives are required to verify your identity before making any changes to your account. We will never contact you unprompted and ask for sensitive information like your account PIN, password or temporary one-time passcodes.
