V Teamers in relevant operational roles receive anti-corruption training and communications that clearly articulate our expectations, core principles and zero tolerance for any corrupt practices. Our training, which incorporates practical examples, helps employees understand and comply with various anti-bribery laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.K. Bribery Act. We instruct employees to obtain legal approval before giving anything of value to a public official. We supplement our general compliance training with targeted communications and in-person instruction on an as-needed basis.
