Business Digital Voice Reminder

Business Digital Voice equipment will be shipped to you. You will be emailed a shipping tracking number. You must sign for and receive your Business Digital Voice equipment before a Verizon technician can install your services.

Business Digital Voice has a web portal for you to manage your 30+ features. To access voicemail and set up your calling features, you must login to your portal prior to installation. You will receive an email with login credentials and instructions before your installation.
