A little. If you’re already a Verizon customer with existing service at your current residence, you’ll first need to disconnect your service before transferring it to the new home. If you are new to Verizon, all you need is your address to get started. New or existing, all customers get great deals on fiber optic internet, TV and Digital Voice.

The current resident’s Verizon services must be disconnected before your new services can be activated. Once you complete your order online, Verizon will contact the current resident to arrange for their services to be disconnected.
