Your service is TERRIBLE, my phone broke and went to store to buy a new one said couldn't help me and sent me to another store where I ordered the phone. They said my phone will arrive in 2 to 3 days, that was 3 weeks ago. I called the store for updates and they said they did not know anything and basically blew me off. I am looking to go with another phone company. I have been without a phone and its just terrible.

it seems all the batteries lose power even when phones aren't being used and i'm upset that i had to purchase a phone because the phone verizon sent me when they upgraded to 5g fell apart and the phone i had was working fine

Please correct Verizons conflicting responses regarding GPS and Google maps etc. I believe they are for two different phones.

The Standard TCL Flip 3 does have GPS and Map options - the TCL Flip 3 Voice and text is only able to use any data features on Wifi -Meg
