Specs dont say minimum ios required

In the specs for this watch on the verizon site it only says Operating System Apple iOS, it doesnt state the minimum ios required. I have iphone 8 and it wont sync as it says needs higher ios. That would be nice to see what it requires befor the watch was purchased, worthless to me with this phone

Not a good workout watch

I thought I loved this watch but I don’t. Everytime I workout it pauses the workout and I have to fight it the entire time. I messed with the settings and there is nothing I can do to actually stop ot from doing that. Apple needs to step their game up. You can’t be charging this much for a product that doesn’t work! Save your money get a Fitbit

The ECG app and irregular rhythm notification require the latest versions of watchOS and iOS and are not intended for use by people under 22 years old. The ECG app is available on Apple Watch Series 4 or later (not including Apple Watch SE). The irregular rhythm notification is not designed for people who have been previously diagnosed with Afib.
Blood Oxygen app measurements are not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a doctor, and are only designed for general fitness and wellness purposes.
The temperature sensing feature is not a medical device and is not intended for use in medical diagnosis, treatment, or for any other medical purpose.
The Cycle Tracking app should not be used as a form of birth control. Data from the Cycle Tracking app should not be used to diagnose a health condition.
Emergency SOS: Emergency SOS requires a cellular connection or Wi-Fi Calling with an internet connection from your Apple Watch or nearby iPhone.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I really like the style and design of this watch. It is nice being able to make a call or a text and not have your phone with you. I am one of the ones that wears a watch 24 hours a day every day. I also enjoy using this watch to monitor my health features, and I love the nice faces that you can put on them

Garbage manufacturing process

Beware the back of this watch is attached to the front using glue. The glue will dry out and the back of your watch will pop off in your hand and it will pull the ribbon that connects the battery to the rest of the watch. Apple is aware of this design floor of this manufacturing defect and they refuse to stand behind it. If you want to buy this watch save yourself the trouble and just burn the money

Arrived in prefect condition, as good as new and easy to set up. Also considerable savings going the certified pre-owned route. Only issue was that FedEx delayed delivery for several days. Something went wrong in their system but not Verizon’s fault. They worked with FedEx to straighten out the problem.

Paid $749 for a watch that does not have cellular capabilities

I bought this watch in October 2022. It was supposed to have cellular capability and came with a cellular number, but it does not have the ability to connect to cellular service. I can only share with my cell phone. Very disappointing.

I refuse to carry a large smart phone, and Verizon has eliminated quality flip phones, so this is my only option. It is uncomfortable, does not function well as a watch, does not function well as a phone, does not function at all as a browser, does not function well for text. I'm not sure why the designed this thing, but it is expensive and performs poorly in all categories. I just need a phone, I don't want a phone, but I need a phone, will you please support a phone, not a mini tablet, a TELEPHONE capable of executing calls and text.

Why does it just say apple ios, but doesnt say the minimum ios required? I got one for christmas because my husband thought it was co pativle with iphone 8 with 16 ios minimum. I have 16.7.10 and it would not connect frustrating
