Shipping was quick. Watch was doa on arrival so I needed to charge it out of the box. Wtch itself works great and looks brand new. Negative is crown is slightly loose, but not enough to send back

The watch itself is great. Idk if it was because it was refurbished or not but I spent over 8 hours on the phone with tech support trying to get it activated. Hung up on multiple times. They did something and then didn’t have service on my cell phone that took additional time to fix.

Purchased Certified Pre Owned and Received the watch from December 2023 on Feb 2025 with Expired Warranty. Watch was pretty old and it was only $200 off the original price. I would Not buy it again.

Apple watch is good, but the 2+ hours spent with Verizon support to get it to work was not worth the headache. As of writing this review it is still not connected to sim. I recommend purchasing from Apple.

Just got my watch. I was expecting a blue band which is how the watch is shown on the website. I received a bright orange band. Verizon basically said "Tough luck" when I called to complain, & sent me a link to buy a new one from them for $100. The customer service guy said it mentions "Band color may vary" but I looked everywhere and couldn't find this bit of information.

What comes in this certified pre owned ultra 2 box? Is it the original box? What color ocean band does it come with? The picture is with the blue band but options just say ocean band
