You can drag your blood pressure heart rate blood oxygen level during sleep it'll even tell you if you're snoring along with your phone. I have sleep apnea and my phone vibrated and woke me up twice. Also great for keeping track of your steps.

I use it for my sleep, wellness and exercise regime. It's also a great tool for me at work since it's practically a smartphone on my wrist. I got the LTE version which gives me a chance to add another phone line and ensures that I don't need to have my smartphone with me at all times to make and receive my calls or to send and receive my messages. I also have the unlocked version which means I can use any line from any network. I have enjoyed using and still continue to enjoy my Galazy Watch7 companion.
