I have not been able to use the device yet. Should have researched more. My husband is not able to activate with his current phone. It's not compatible. Trying to find someone to help. IT support said we should return it but my husband really likes the look and feel. Not sure what to do next.

It's a really nice watch. Had good features. The battery lasts about 1.5 days. I have to charge it every other night which sucks bc you'd think the battery should last longer and other brands do, but i use to have the galaxy watch 6 classic and I had to charge it everyday. So every other day is a improvement for sure. Love the trade in program and samsung makes it very simple process

I recently purchased your product after owning the original frontier Galaxy smartwatch for a decade. Within a few weeks time the metal bezel got a small ding in it and made the rotation of the bezel stick and not function correctly.
The materials seem to be of less quality than the previous models.
I was wondering if there is anything I could do to get the bezel replaced since it interferes with the basic functions of the watch itself. No, I did not get the extra insurance thinking that the quality of the watch and the metals would at least avoid daily wear. It's disappointing to see that the price of the watch has gone up in the quality of the materials has gone down.
Please advise me on what to do to repair this issue.

I went from the classic watch 6 to this watch and found the difference is very insignificant. I think people should know is that battery life of this watch is not as long as Samsung advertised. It lasts me probably a day and a half before I have to charge it.

Got the watch today and a little disappointed. It seems to have nice features but it's such a change from the feminine look of my old Galaxy Watch in rose gold. Unfortunately the watch is only offered in black or white, no splash of color. Wearing the watch feels bulky on my thin wrist.

Not planning on keeping it. The hardware is incredible, as per usual, for Samsung. Feels premium and has a nice weight to it. Plus I am always a fan of spinning bezels.
Using this on a non-Samsung smartphone however, is less than an ideal experience. From issues with initially syncing to the device, to widgets/apps not updating unless you manually refresh I think that unless you have a Samsung phone it's better to avoid for the time being
