My phones connect to the hotspot but as soon as they connect my phone shows” no internet connection”….how do I fix this?
Hello. This hotspot can support up to 32 devices. If you are the administrator, you can check the settings with your computer by going to http://my.mobilehotspot or http://192.168.1.1. I just want to use this as WiFi for my smart TV. Is the “on the go” cable really necessary? Also, how many GB monthly does this cover?

Why does my iPhone go from 5GUW service when I enable personal hotspot? My recently acquired TCL LinkZzone does not get 5GUW in the same room in my home as an iPhone…. The iPhone gets 5GUW. This “downgrade” of service only reduces the capped speed!!!
