I had gotten this phone relatively new and I thought this was going to be like other dumb phones; dumb, as inferred by the name, but functional to the point that it could at least be used on a day to day basis. I did my first cycle of charging (0% to 100%) and I already started to encounter my first issues regarding the battery. It's important to note that the battery will drain quickly even if the phone is idling. For example, if I simply turn on even the backlight (the screen on the cover of the phone) it will start to train battery. I would say that an accurate rate is that every 10 minutes or so of idling, it'll eat up 1% of the battery. And although that sounds not that bad, it's really bad if you are trying to hold charge all day. And if you even DECIDE to use the internet on the browser of this phone, the phone will heat up quickly and eat up the battery much faster; I would even be as bold as to say that it would eat up 7-10% of your charge for every 10-15 minutes of your internet use. Terrible if you are trying to at least hold charge for a day. The user interface looks outright old and unappealing. It takes the look of the first iPhone, which would usually be a good thing, but instead looks as if the software designers took 5 minutes to create an OS using Windows Paint. After looking back in the settings, it shows me that the phone's last software update was in 2007. Yippee. For anyone seriously considering the purchase of this device, just know that all dumb phones are NOT the same. They all have their own unique quirks and features. This just happens to be the worst one on the market. For anyone considering a dumb phone, just get a Nokia, or some other highly rated dumb phone. I personally use the TCL Classic from AT&T. MUCH BETTER.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like the phone but there is a problem with the WiFi. Every time I try to turn it on, I'm asked to add an emergency address. Then I'm told the address does not exist. So frustrating!

Too complicated of a phone. I was looking for a simple flip phone, instead this was a difficult to use smart phone. The phone was returned.

I've had this phone a few months now and if I had money I would smash it with a hammer with glee. It's OS is redundant, senseless, and frustrating backward in it's operation. It is too slick in the hand and easily dropped. If you buy this phone you deserve to be frustrated as you've been WARNED! I give it NO stars.

Havent even used it and having issues first day

Do not buy this phone. I activated it a month before I gave it to my child was working fine when I originally activated then a month later wasn't working correctly at all had many issues and ended up getting a replacement with TCL flip which is a much better phone

Calls Fail and No Voice Command

Worst phone ever

Horrible phone several calls to Verizon 4 times a week due to phone not working. I have to send my son a text in order for him to text others or myself. Replacement phone was sent and received with same issue. We are now going to try the TCL with fingers crossed this works on a daily basis. I don't recommend at all.

Score should be ZERO or lower. Had to get something when 3G went away and this was the free offering. It was NOT free!! Still had to pay it off in cash when it started overcharging batteries in less than 6 months. Could have been a real disaster if it caught fire. Also, there is NO manufacturer warranty!! The folks at my local Verizon store (Victra in Dayton) were very helpful but the Verizon system as a whole really sucked in this instance. I could not verify my account because my phone was not working etc. Some cubicle dweller needs to come up with a good workaround and get everybody trained on it. About ready for tin cans and string.
