really like this phone. perfect in-between a smart/not-so-smart phone. good camera. though, with no data on my plan, i can't sent many pics because they're twice the size of my Alcatel.

A lot of the features were easier to use on my old phone rather than the new version. Also, the battery needs to be charged more often.

Sorry that it could be frustrating when the upgrade comes with more hassles. Hope you will get familiar with the new phone's features and the interface. As for the battery, try some tips to help it last longer by changing the display sleep timer, reducing the brightness, and/or turning off the Bluetooth if you're not using it. Even though you're not using the phone, it is constantly connecting to the network. Therefore, it is recommended that you charge the phone on a regular basis like during the evening for use the next day. - Kevin.

A good phone. Have used basic flip phones for many years. The Flip 3 is an improvement on the Flip Pro. Ergonomics are better.

dominque helped me. . totaly not helpful. she said pics cant be transferred. & only transferred part of my contacts, i had to go back after i found contacts not all in. & a guy did that easy. she was on line w/Verz agent 7 i said how do u transfer pics & agent said i well tell you how . mean time one guy was there by Domq. he said i know how & did half & showed domq, how & she did other 1/2. but the 2nd trip back was a 20 mile plus trip i did not need if Dominque did it 1st time, & while she was helping me she was on her private phone talking w.family or friends, very bad business here,

The TCL Flip 3 is not user-friendly like our LG basic phones were and the downloaded user manual lacks in detail tremendously. Have also noticed the battery does not seem to last as long as prior LG phones which are not available anymore unfortunately. However, the voice quality and volume are good.

what is the "Quick dial" button on outside cover used for? the instructions don't explain
