The phone wasn't poor but your policy when trying to return the phone in less than 48hrs is horrible..also the rep when I attempted to return the phone doesn't need to be in customer service I've been a loyal customer over 25yrs and this service was the worst service encountered that I've experienced.I got a new phone kept they above phone with absolutely no use for it.

Great basic phone for my mom. She can't see well enough to tell when an iphone or an android needs her to slide something on the screen or tap or where to tap to get it to answer calls any longer. This phone is no easier for her to see but she can open it when it's ringing to make it answer the incoming call and close the flip phone to hang up when she's done talking or if she gets a telemarketer. The #1 key is preset to speeddial voicemail, but #s 2 - 9 were easy to preset to family and friends. So, even if she can't remember who the presets are, if she needs someone, she can simply open the phone, feel around the buttons on the keypad and press and hold one to automatically dial one of us.

I had a Nokia which I liked. However do to an adventurous dalmatian it had to be replaced. The local corporate store no longer had the nokia basic. The agent brought out the TCL. I actually like it, seems to be a bit heavier than the Nokia & the keypad slightly larger. So all is good. The agent helped to activate at the store.

When my flip phone is closed it is displaying the “Emergency” icon in the window. How can I remove this? I tried going into Emergency alerts opening them all then deleting them but that didn’t get rid of it. Please HELP!!*
