Purchased the TCL Flip 3 in late Dec 2025, and by late Jan 2026, it could no longer hold a charge. I returned the Dec 2025 phone and we charged more to replace it in late Jan 2026. Within days, the new TCL Flip 3 (1) started getting "install error" notifications when I never tried to install anything -- I only use the phone for calling and texting. After speaking with a Verizon agent, I checked for software updates (there were none) and I tried rebooting the phone, but later that same day got the same "install error notifications. Also, within days, the new TCL Flip 3 stopped holding a charge -- I would charge it to 100% and within hours (and without using the phone), it will go down to 60% -- so I need to charge it multiple times per day. Is there an inherent flaw with the Flip 3 or did I get 2 lemon phones????? Now, after only a week, I need to find a new phone, which saddens me because other than these MAJOR defects, I would love this phone. Why is Verizon discontinuing the TCL Flip Pro -- the phone I had before the Flip 3 but I accidently got it wet and had to replace it.

Your service is TERRIBLE, my phone broke and went to store to buy a new one said couldn't help me and sent me to another store where I ordered the phone. They said my phone will arrive in 2 to 3 days, that was 3 weeks ago. I called the store for updates and they said they did not know anything and basically blew me off. I am looking to go with another phone company. I have been without a phone and its just terrible.

it seems all the batteries lose power even when phones aren't being used and i'm upset that i had to purchase a phone because the phone verizon sent me when they upgraded to 5g fell apart and the phone i had was working fine
