I've finally have time to write a review. This watch is horrible! It completely died before I even had it for a year. Would not charge nor even turn on. I'm so disappointed in it. Waste of funds!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
This is year 4 for this watch and it's still working great. I have glitches from time to time, as with most electronics, but battery still lasts all day. I'm considering upgrading to the Galaxy 8, but I'm nervous about doing it.

- As compared to all watches in the Galaxy Watch4 series.
- Requires the latest version of the Samsung Health app (version 6.22 or later).
- For sleep pattern results, user must wear watch while they sleep for at least 7 nights and complete a survey.
- The Samsung BIA is a body analyzer that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology to track body composition based on weight, body fat, body mass index (BMI), skeletal muscle, body water, and basal metabolic rate (BMR) measurements. It is not intended to specifically diagnose or treat a medical condition. Requires the latest version of the Samsung Health app (version 6.22 or later).
- The heart rate software functions are not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease.

I had this watch about 2 years last week it started giving me problems so I took it back to the store and I told the lady I can't connect my phone, after the replacement arrived it was doing the same no one could explain how to both phone could not connect

Never received it. Fedex damaged it and returned it back to Verizon. I spoke to an agent for Verizon and canceled that order and ordered the series 6 watch instead and I love it

Just a terrible experience all together. The watch lose battery life after each update now it would last 3 hours on a good day and Samsung will not do anything at all. It's very poor performance. I have barely 2 years with not even. Why would a want something that has such poor performance? I'm not an iPhone fan I don't like my devices to die after a few updates very poor Samsung

This watch is pretty awesome. The features are great and it's easy to use. However, the only downfall is the battery only lasts about a day. I have to charge it daily. It does, however, charge fairly quickly.

I've even wiped most of the apps off the watch, closing all running apps, restarting it, etc. Regardless, if my phone is unavailable and I try to listen to Audible via Bluetooth on my watch, I have to take it off and hold it in open air for any hope of listening, otherwise it just overheats over and over. My brother got the same watch and his overheated anytime he tried working out while tracking with the Strava app.

Insurance replaced twice would not work correctly away from phone. Over heated very easily. I did everything I was suppose to as instructed. Did not matter. Upgrading my 3rd one asap

I bought this watch as a replacement for my aging Galaxy Watch 3. It has been glitchy since day one. The GPS tracking is terrible. I have used Samsung products and Samsung health to track my running for years. I have been running the same routes for years. The distance and pace on the Galaxy watch 4 had been inconsistent at best. It often tracks me as running through a yard or the water. I have tried all the tricks to make the GPS more accurate, but nothing has helped. I never had this issue with my Galaxy 2. I don't want to give up my Samsung Health, as I have used it for several years, but am now looking at other brands because of how consistently bad this watch has been.
