It is intended for on-demand use. This feature is not intended for users who have previously been diagnosed with sleep apnea. Users should not use this feature to replace traditional methods of diagnosis and treatment by a qualified clinician. The data provided by this device is also not intended to assist clinicians in diagnosing sleep disorders.
Available for outdoor running and cycling only. Must follow the same starting point and path as a workout selected from up to 14 days prior.

I also like the increased sleep tracking because my sleep is irratic. I find i have to charge it daily but that's OK because I have a routine when I charge it and it charges super fast. Its the first time I've owned a watch like this and I love it.

It's great that the watchcan be flipped (the digital screen) to wear on either wrist I do switch between wrists because i work in a hot kitchen, and the temps are humid and my wrists need a break. But the sweat doesn't affect the watch at all since it's waterproof. The fact that I can connect to my Samsung Flip phone with Galaxy AI on it is also the best! I can read my texts and respond right from my phone which is great while I'm at work. Samsung is definitely a favorite brand in my household!

I like that it counts my stepa and is basically and extension to my phone. I dont need my phone out as long as I have my watch on. Its perfect for jobs that want you to have less screen time.
