I got a refurbished iohine 14, and it said it was in excellent condition. It isn't. The battery was already on 85%, and it makes me think the refurbished devices are not less expensive than new devices. I'm extremely disappointed. Don't get a refurbished device!

The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.68 inches diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

Physically the phone was in excellent condition. It looked like brand new, the only real way you could tell it was a used phone was by looking at the battery health because it's max capacity is 86% instead of 100%. Otherwise, I've been really pleased with the phone.

I order the phone for next day delivery, never received the phone. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives and they just just tell me it was delayed at the wear house. The final person I spoke to they told me they found my package and it would be sent to me next day. The next day came and nothing not even updated delivery information and then I checked my emails and it said my order was cancelled which I did not do. I called them up and said the package was lost and never found at the wearhouse but I could order again the next day. It’s been 24 hours and it won’t let me order saying there is a pending order on my account when there is not, the order was cancelled from their end. I waited the 24 hours to order a new like I was advised and yet still can’t order because it keeps saying there is a pending order when there is not just a canceled ordered.

Does this phone require a sim card

In the United States, the iPhone 14 (including Certified Pre-Owned models) does not use a physical SIM card. It requires an eSIM (electronic SIM) to connect to a cellular network. You must activate the phone using an eSIM, which is a digital SIM embedded in the phone as there is no physical sim card tray.
