I was quite disappointed with it. It is smaller than my old phone. I thought I could exchange it in a 30 day time frame and was told if I did I had to pay a restocking fee.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Its a fantastic phone. The device comes with preprogrammed "battery protection" settings. The cameras are great. The screen sensitivity is very good

Phone runs really well. No real glitches. Had to run the typical software update multiple times to get to the latest one. But, that's typical, so no real complaints. Transfer of stuff from my last phone to this one went seamless.

Big disappointment

What a disappointment. I have used the galaxy platform for years on an employer provided device and this phone is the first one that I purchased in retirement. I feel the platform's performance has declined for me with at least the last 3-4 devices I have used, likely dating back to 2015 or so. Why did I purchase one if the former is true? I guess it's because this Boomer just didn't want to have to learn an entirely new "language" by switching to the "other" options from different manufacturers. Shame on me. I cannot recommend Samsung smartphones until they (and ALL electronics manufacturers) begin to support and improve their current product lines with same veracity they demonstrate to "be first to the market" with next substandard product. The entire industry is bleeding the average consumer to death with this production and marketing stategy.

This phone is not easy to set up. My sim card didn't transfer and it took over an hour with tech support to set it up. I cannot access voicemail because it tries to set up video voicemail and then always fails. It's been over a week and I'm still trying to restore all my apps.
