Upgrading my phone at a Verizon Store

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
The phone is nice, not much options for a nicer case. The thing that was more troubling was the experience of the support staff. The young woman was helpful, but the entire team engaged in a great deal of personal talking with each other which was a bit distracting - like I was in someone's house talking about their activities. Also the check in process is not great at all. In Woodbridge they used to have someone great you and then put you in a queue to hold your spot for the next rep to help. Now you just walk in and hope someone makes eye contact to acknowledge you. If no one is there not as bad, but when they have a bunch of customers you just end up standing there trying to make eye contact! I went to return my old phone twice and this happened, so very disappointing and I won't go to this particular store again, and I'm told I'm better off to identify a company store instead of a franchised store for better customer service.

So far I have had the expected differences from my motorola, but 6 am having issues not expected, such as Alexa not pairing up properly, telling me to llog in to amazon using my smartwatch, which I have one multiple times with no success. Other issues are with verizon internet for some reason not recognizing my proper location so losing my local abc and nbc channels on my streaming services. Previous provider worked fine. Just because Verizon is in little rock doesn't mean we all are. Not real happy so far

We are happy with our new Fron S21 to S25Galaxy S25. It's faster and a little smaller than our S21s. Since it's 4 years newer, there are a lot of changes. We are enjoying exploring our new phones
