[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this S 25 ultra last year at this time during the resale. Upgraded from my S21 ultra. Live this phone, super fast, excellent photos. AI is phenomenal. After seeing what AI can do. I question everything that I see.

Why would you take away the s pen Bluetooth? I know there are other options for taking photos from a distance. I've tried it and it's not the same. I can't snap multiple photos like I could with the s pen. I was told this phone had all the same features as the s22 ultra, but then I found out the s pen doesn't have Bluetooth. I only got a new phone because mine started crashing. I'm considering replacing this piece of trash with an older model for the Bluetooth s pen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the phone's familiar interface as ive used Samsung phone's for the last 15 years. This model is faster and "feels" bigger than my previous phone, but in a good way. I had always bought the Note series of phone's, however, switched to the S25 since the Notes are discontinued. Im excited I tried it out as they are the same size but the S25 has a screen the feels larger and easier to reach accross. I even enjoy learning about AI with the Galxay AI app, reinstalled.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Ordered a new phone. Someone was bringing it to me to set it up. Didn't need that. Had already spoken to Verizon customer service and was told i did not need to sign for it or be there to receive it. So that was a lie. And now no phone and i can't reorder it due to it showing i have upgraded already, which did not actually go through. So my upgrade is now messed up and i still need the phone. A huge mess that could have been avoided with the correct information from customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my samsung from s23 ultra to s25 ultra, as soon as I got it I was already seeing the upgrade, the camera is insanely good, I love using the feature of circle to search, this phone is literally anything you can ask for. Insanely good camera, super fast, really good battery that last literally all day, moreover, for videogames is really good, I play a really good variety of games, and they run so smooth. Really Loving this upgrade, I cannot be more excited.
