This was the worst experience I’ve had with Verizon, period. First, they had an address that I have not used in over 4 years. And I bought my last phone from them, so not sure why it pulled my old address. Then on Fed Ex two attempts, a door slip was never left. FYI, fed x is the worst shipping company, don’t use them. So, I never received the iPad
