Great IPad! Works great for work! Screen size is perfect! I was able to get rid of my laptop and just work with off of my iPad.

iPad never shipped, tried to contact customer support. Believe me, I’m not “one of those”. Something odd has happened all of a sudden with management and customer care at Verizon. Nobody knew where my iPad was, nobody knew why it didn’t ship. I believe Verizon may be suffering temporary issues within company, as this is not like them. I’d reccomend NOT handling business online for a bit. This was a time sensitive matter that required replacement of an essential device. Next day shipped for $12….Nothing. They told me to just “wait till the next buisness day then call back” after the next day shipping was not fulfilled. They couldn’t blame carriers, it did not even leave Verizon. Shame on me for not doing buisness in person with a reliable representative. My fault!

Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.

It’s perfect. I’ve always been an “Android” until last year. I like the privacy, the accessibility and sleekness of Apple products. This IPad didn’t disappoint. I gained access to my accounts immediately! The screen is perfect, it fits in my purses and takes less than an hour to charge. I can’t leave out the safety. I was tired of updated and downloading so many protections on my laptop. This iPad solved that and I no longer need hotspot. I love it!
