Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I thought I ordered the ice blue, but very happy with the deep purple. Perfect upgrade from my 13 Pro. It took a minute to get familiar with the iOS update, but I love the new features.

How can I rate a phone I haven't received? 11 days after ordering, no phone although I paid for 2 day shipping.

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
FaceTime: FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi-Fi connection. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.
Emergency SOS via Satellite: Available in November 2022. Service is included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 model. Connection and response times vary based on location, site conditions, and other factors. See apple.com/iphone-14 or apple.com/iphone-14-pro for more information.

We purchased the phone on 9/16, paid extra for expedited shipping to arrive on 9/17 before we left on vacation on the 25th. The phone was never shipped and we called on the 18th, the 19th and the 22nd to cancel the order so that we could go to a Verizon store to purchase a new phone. It still shows that the phone is getting ready to ship, it still shows the it’s in our next bill and Verizon sends this email for a review of a phone that we canceled and do not have possession of. The customer service for Verizon has absolutely be terrible through this whole ordeal. It’s still not totally resolved and we are SERIOUSLY considering changing carriers.

Never order anything off the app if it’s not the newest iPhone. 2 day shipping turned into 10 days and every agent lying and saying it’s on the way. Still have yet to receive it and now “all the sudden” my current iPhone lost all service except when on Wi-Fi. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with… when you can get ahold of them.

Verizon never shipped this phone . Took 10 days to find out they were out of stock . Not one customer service representative I spoke to during that time frame could tell me that until I called to cancel the transaction and tried to reorder on day 10 .

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Phone was shipped very quickly and easy to setup. Very minor imperfections on the phone that was covered up with a case, so not really an issue. So far, so good with this phone.

I was never suppose to have this phone. J was suppose to have the purple 14 pro max. I spoke to customer service numerous times to get it resolved. Everyone acted as if they could help but didn’t. I asked if they could upgrade my phone to what I originally wanted I was told yes. I mentioned that I don’t have the $48 on a card or at the time so I asked if they could just add it to my bill. Again, I was told yes, got the run around just for it not to be added to be my bill n for me to still not have the phone that I WANTED !

Scammers.
