The glass chipped and cracked 1 week after purchase date. Was told it could be replaced but at my expense. I am over 75 and have never had a protective glass chipped or crack .

The InvisiGlass Blue Light Filter Screen Protector for iPhone 16 Plus already has a crack all the way across the screen the day after the Verizon store assistant put it on for me. I didn’t drop it or anything to cause this damage.

Three stores to find this. Overall, Verizon used to be great, I have an account for 20 years. Now, they want you out the door, after purchase. No help setting up, unless you pay, etc. Sorry folks, older people need more help. Provide it! I pay over $550 a month or the services we get, I need more customer service when I visit your stores.
