Samsung ultra 25, installed it for less than an hour because I could not use any of my stored biometrics or create new ones with the screen on. The screen now exists at the dump.

I’m on my second screen protector since the first one I purchased was cut weird and didn’t fit the screen edge to edge, so even when I was looking at my phone head on, there was a gap on the left side that wasn’t covered. “Left a message” through chat and didn’t receive a response so I reached out on instagram and they sent me a replacement. The replacement fits but there is definitely a quality to it that reduces the clarity of my screen. It impacts the clarity similarly to a matte screen protector, so everything looks like there’s a blurry layer of grease on it. I wanted this case to work so bad but I fear I will have to just go back to my tried and true Amazon brand.

the installation guide is missing a key set of directions. When you get the the step of removing the install tray you will hear what sounds like the film is peeling up while you remove it; but that is just another layer of material separating and the actual screen is still attached to the iphone
