*** Do not buy this case, or lose your money***
I ordered this case online from Verizon, $43 were taken out of my account as soon the seller (Verizon) created shipping label. Seller kept the item for 7 days (and still counting) but never shipped it.
Because the shipping label was created, I am not allowed to cancel the order. Tried taking to the customer service via phone and chat, still nothing happened.
Infact, one of the agent told me to pick it up in person from sellers location in Fort Worth, TX knowing that I live in Southern California.
Here my order # for reference: 18511180.
