How do I remove the case? I have to remove it to use template to install lens protectors, then put case back on. There are no instructions. Case was installed at Verizon store.
Preparation: Place your phone face down on a soft surface, like a microfiber cloth, to prevent scratches. Begin at the Top Corners: Use both thumbs to push outward on the top corners near the camera cutout. Utilize the Camera Cutout: If it's tight, insert your index finger through the camera hole and gently push while pulling down the corner with your thumbs. Work Downward: After freeing one corner, stabilize that side and push out the other top corner. Peel Away: Once the top is released, the phone should slide out easily from the bottom of the case. -Will
