Buttons do not work. The only way to turn it on is by plugging it in. Once on, it doesn't turn off, mute, or anything else for that matter.

Stopped Working

I received this speaker as a gift. Lasted a little over a year before it stoped working/charging. And it wasn’t even used that frequently throughout the year. Read other reviews for this exact speaker and it appears it’s a recurring problem. The charging ports must be defective given it just doesn’t charge. Way too expensive for it to not even last. I expected more from JBL. I guess my expectations were too high.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I recently ordered this speaker and so far it is working great! The sound is amazing and can be heard throughout our 2 story home. The only issue is sometimes it takes a little time for the Bluetooth to connect; it tries to connect to google play and we are iPhone users.

I have bought a JBL Link 10, I have turn on, I press the Bluetooth button but I can not see the device from my Iphone. have I to configure an account google home to enable the Bluetooth?

Yes, the Bluetooth will only be enabled after setting up your Link 10 speaker with the Google Home app.

How do you pair two JBL Link 10's together?

Is it possible to plug the speaker into windows 10 pc and do upgrades and configure. Also is it possible to turn off Google Assitant?

The updates on our JBL Link 10 are automatically done OTA. The speaker settings can only be configured through the Google Home App. At all times, the Gooogle Assistant is on and ready to take commands when you say "Hey Google!". You can always mute the microphone so GA is disabled.

Will this work without a network connection, that is Bluetooth only?

Our JBL Link 10 has built-in Google Assistant, Chromecast, and Bluetooth. It's required to be set up through the Google Home App to use Bluetooth and these other features. After the setup, you may use Bluetooth even without connectivity from a WiF network.

Loved this device over the past 2 years. Recently, the battery charge only lasts an hour and music cuts out frequently when operating on just battery. How can I replace the battery?
