Ive had these for 8 hours and just bought something else. You definitely get what you pay for here. Uncomfortable and constantly falling out of place. Tried all three alternatives on sizing they all suck. Do not waste your money

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Buds, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Great value for the money. Only downside it doesn’t have a lid to the case. But for the most part the buds stay in without falling out.

These are too bulky and fall out of my ears constantly. I have to press them in to hear, and that causes the touch activated controls to pause or change volume which is irritating. The buds fall out of their case sometimes due to being open without a lid. I don't enjoy these. I can't say much about sound quality as they aren't a good fit

Did not ship, cancelled order

Verizon would not ship these after a week being on order. When i tried to follow up, the chatbot had no answers. Finally got through to a real human, stilll unable to find out why. Ultimately, cancelled the order and bought them for half the price at JBL.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Vibe Buds, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the charging issue still persist please contact our customer support.

How do turn it off an on?

Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right earbuds for more than 2 seconds. Alternatively, only press and hold one of the buttons to just turn off the left or right earbud as required. 3. Use the Auto-off function via the JBL Headphone app (Only applicable for headphones supported in our JBL Headphone app). -Joe

Is there any carrying cases for it? Received it as a gift with beautiful personalization, that id rather not have covered up, but I'm always afraid these are going to slip out of their case.

Headphones keep cutting quickly in and out every 15-25 seconds. Why is this and is there a solution?

Please ensure a clear line of sight to avoid interruption. You may also shut down unused Bluetooth devices away from other sources of wireless signals that could overlap your connection, such as Wi-Fi signals from Wi-Fi routers. Additionally, you can unpair or forget to refresh the Bluetooth settings and try to reset the unit. If this issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance with your unit.

Hello is it necessary to download the jbl in order for the Bluetooth headset to work because I don't have the app and when I'm calling the person on the other side can't hear me but I can hear everything

Thank you for your inquiry. While the JBL Vibe beam is capable of being used with the JBL Headphones App, it is not necessary to use the App to connect the earbuds to a source device. Ensure that the earbuds are not muted by holding the touch control of either earbud for 2 seconds. If the problem continues, please reach out to our customer support for further help.
