Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Vibe Buds, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Buds, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Thanks for your feedback Regina, The haptic touch functionality of your JBL Vibe Buds can be customized using the JBL Headphones app. If you're experiencing issues with the touch controls, please verify the settings within the app. If the touch feature is configured correctly but still not working, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps by resetting the unit to factory default setting : With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Vibe Buds. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. To resolve the issue with your JBL Vibe Buds, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset, first make sure that it is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. How do turn it off an on?
Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right earbuds for more than 2 seconds. Alternatively, only press and hold one of the buttons to just turn off the left or right earbud as required. 3. Is there any carrying cases for it? Received it as a gift with beautiful personalization, that id rather not have covered up, but I'm always afraid these are going to slip out of their case.
Our JBL Vibe Buds don't come with a carrying case. We do recommend that you check the pricing and availability of carrying cases from third-party retailers like Amazon and eBay.

Headphones keep cutting quickly in and out every 15-25 seconds. Why is this and is there a solution?
Please ensure a clear line of sight to avoid interruption. You may also shut down unused Bluetooth devices away from other sources of wireless signals that could overlap your connection, such as Wi-Fi signals from Wi-Fi routers. Additionally, you can unpair or forget to refresh the Bluetooth settings and try to reset the unit. If this issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance with your unit.

What functions can you perform using ear buds?
Each earbud on our JBL Vibe Buds has unique advanced controls, such as playback, volume, ambient sound, and voice-assistant control. Hello is it necessary to download the jbl in order for the Bluetooth headset to work because I don't have the app and when I'm calling the person on the other side can't hear me but I can hear everything
Thank you for your inquiry. While the JBL Vibe beam is capable of being used with the JBL Headphones App, it is not necessary to use the App to connect the earbuds to a source device. Ensure that the earbuds are not muted by holding the touch control of either earbud for 2 seconds. If the problem continues, please reach out to our customer support for further help.
