Designed with a 15% smaller fit, these compact earbuds and charging case are made to fit neatly into a pocket or purse. EQ3 Sound allows you to choose your sound preferences from JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost modes. Use either earbud independently with Dual Connect and built-in MEMS microphones. And, the easy-to-use touch controls include volume and track controls, play/pause, answering calls and activating your smart assistant.

It worked well for a while, but now, randomly, the audio will glitch and malfunction, and it simply connects to ANY device with Bluetooth on in the area.

Ppl say when I’m on the phone they can’t hear me but they hear all the background noise have not gotten to have a full phone conversation without having to take them and put them in the case and talk on the phone regular

To charge your JLab Go Air POP earbuds, first place them in the charging case, which automatically turns them off and starts charging. Then, unfold the integrated USB cable from the bottom of the case and plug it into a computer or a 5V 1A USB power source. -Sean
