In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

These are cheap and you get what you pay for I had the green ones. One stopped working ao I just tossed them. I bought orange ones when I thought I lost the green ones. I used them. I went to use them recently only one was working. I thought maybe because it wasnt fully charged. Well today full charged and one wasnt working. No more of these!

Very good sound. Can’t over a long period of time not very comfortable, too tight and give me a headache. Short term, the sounds and function is good
