Has these for over 1 year and although only my left ear works unless I need to turn up the right ear volume, they have been the best w/noise cancellation. Far from trash type of quality.

I've been charging my jlab earbuds for three days, and the only thing I hear when I pick a bud up is, "Hello" instead of previously telling me, "Battery full (or low)". Are my buds done? I've had them for about two years. Please advise!
