Do you remove the white piece off the watch charger

You generally do not remove the white plastic piece (or similar material) covering the watch charger on a 3-in-1 folding dock. This surface is designed to protect the induction coil while allowing magnetic, wireless, and, in some designs, pop-up charging for your watch.
