the case which seems to affect the camera

i’ve had OtterBox for as long as I can remember but the one for the air I liked it at first, but then I noticed the camera keeps coming on and I read on YouTube that is an OtterBox defect on the side where the buttons are and that the camera comes up a lot without choosing it automatically? Can you address this problem?
