Make sure you are using a MagSafe case or attach the Magnetic Adapter Ring to a non-MagSafe case to turn it into a MagSafe case. Our magnets are 50% stronger than the competitions and should attach securely. If the above advice does not fix the issue, please return the item to Verizon or contact us at cs@popsockets.com.
