I’m very disappointed I purchased these glasses more than a week ago and still have not received a tracking number from Verizon I’ve called numerous times to get this sorted out and every time I get a different answer. I just want my glasses.

They don’t stay connected to my phone, volume is too low, can’t hear when talking using the phone or listening to music.
