By submitting content, you are helping improve the shopping experience as well as the product and service quality for all customers interested in Verizon's products and services. These Terms of Use govern your rights and obligations associated with the submission of User Generated Content (UGC) for the CRR Service offered by Verizon

All content that you submit may be used at Verizon's sole discretion. Verizon reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Verizon's website that Verizon, in its sole discretion, deems to violate the Submission Requirements or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Verizon does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Verizon to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Verizon reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Verizon are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Verizon Wireless, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

For any content that you submit, you grant Verizon a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.You further grant Verizon, and each of its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name and likeness that you submit in connection with such content.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

By submitting any content to Verizon, you represent and warrant that:

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ you waive any and all 'moral rights' that you may have in such content;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ all content that you post is accurate;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ you are at least 13 years old;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ your submission is not known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ your submission does not infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ your submission does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ your submission is not, or may not reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ you were not compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;

ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â¢ any materials uploaded by you does not contain any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files or any information that reference another website, address, email address,

You agree to indemnify and hold Verizon Wireless (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

PRIVACY

To the extent of any conflict between Verizon's Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall control with respect to the CRR Service and UGC. Any UGC you submit may be used for other advertising purposes and posted to publicly-facing websites, including other websites across the Internet on the Verizon network in addition to the website that you originally submitted the UGC. Accordingly, please do not post anything that you do not want to share with the general public (for example, financial information, social security number, etc.).The UGC and CRR that you submit may be used for advertising, analytic and other statistical purposes including, for example, product improvement, benchmarking (e.g. where various products/services or categories of products/services are compared against each other or against the market as a whole), sentiment analysis (e.g. using the data from multiple reviews it is possible to determine how consumers as a whole feel about a product/service), and online behavioral advertising.
