Couldn't get them to charge

Couldn't get them to charge on the right side. Wanted to just exchange for new pair wouldn't do that. So 7 days later I finally got return label. Love my first pair. Sad took 10 emails to get my return started

I found it clear and crisp. They are comfortable, sitting above the ear canal but not too deep behind the ear so no irritation. They also do not pinch but stay secure when running bouncing or dancing. I love being able to hear what's going on in the world or if someone talks to me while at the same time be able to listen to my music or podcast. Very intuitive to use and easy to connect to devices.

I have finally made the change to an open ear headphones. I have to say this is way better than in ear or headphones. My main use is for workouts. The sound quality is good with awareness for your surroundings.

Bluetooth connection is spotty even with my phone in my pocket. My calls coming in and out to the point I have use my phone. For listening to music, they’re great. Very comfortable.

The sound is amazing, seems to stay connected to my pc without any hiccups. I wear with glasses so there is ear fatigue but I’m not sure I can get around that with this type of ear piece. What I don’t like and I may return because of it…there isn’t much back ground noise suppression. If my dog barks the people I am meeting with can hear it faintly. That is a big deal for me since I work at home. I think at this price point I shouldn’t need to be so mindful of background noise while on calls for work.
