Check for any visible damage or debris in the charging port. 2. Try charging the headphones using a different USB port or wall adapter, even if you’ve already tried other chargers. 3. Check if the charging indicator light turns on when you plug them in. If it doesn’t, leave them connected for about 30 minutes and see if the light comes on. 4. If possible, reset your headphones. To do this, press and hold the power and custom buttons at the same time while charging for about 7 seconds. 5. After resetting, try charging them again. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're running into this issue with your WH-1000XM4 headphones. It sounds like the Speak-to-Chat feature is activating when you don't want it to. This feature is designed to automatically pause your audio when it detects you speaking. The quickest solution is to either turn the feature off or adjust its sensitivity: -Turn Off Speak-to-Chat: The fastest way is to simply hold two fingers to the center of the right ear cup. You'll hear a voice tell you it's been deactivated. -Adjust via the App: For a longer-term fix, we highly recommend diving into the Sony | Sound Connect app on your phone. In the app, look for the Speak-to-Chat setting. You can choose to either toggle the entire feature off, or you can adjust the Voice Detection Sensitivity to "Low" so it won't trigger from minor noises. You can learn more about this on our site.
